Nompilo Ndlovu holds a B (SocSci) in Gender and Psychology from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. She also obtained an Honour's and Master's Degree in Social Development from the aforementioned university. Thereafter, Nompilo worked as a development practitioner at the Women's Hope Education and Training (WHEAT) Trust specifically in the areas of socio economic development, advocacy and human rights; as well as volunteered in several community development projects.

  • Social policy and philanthropy 
  • Human security and gender 
  • Transitional justice and development
