You need JavaScript enabled to view it Paschal has served on several peacekeeping and enforcement missions in various parts of the world including the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (1996, 1999, and 2003); ECOMOG in Liberia (1998); and with the United Nations missions in the Democratic Republic of Congo (2001) and in the Ivory Coast (2004). Paschal participated as focal person in the ECOWAS Multinational Command Post Exercise, a peace support exercise held in Ghana under the African Contingency Operations Training Assistance programme of the US State Department. His last peacekeeping operation was as a military observer with the joint United Nations-African Union mission in the Sudanese region of Darfur. Paschal has Diplomas in Communications Studies (US Army School of Signals), Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Administration (Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration), MSc Security and Risk Management (University of Leicester), graduate of Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst (England). |
