Abigail is a member of the African and West African Transitional Justice Network (ATJRN) and the West African Network for Transitional Justice (Want-Justice). She was also a fellow of the Transitional Justice Fellowship Programme (2007). Since 2006 Abigail worked as a Programme Officer at the Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), where she has engaged in research and advocacy on issues of governance, the media, elections and election observation, post conflict reconstruction and transitional justice. Abigail is a graduate with a BA in Political Science (University of Ghana) and a Diploma in Journalism (Ghana Institute of Journalism).
